Back the next generation, or become it.

Two ways to join the forge. Firms become ambassadors and reach vetted, AI-fluent talent early. Ambitious students and professionals become fellows who mentor, contribute, and lead.

Looking up at a financial-district skyline
Why it matters

Two tracks, one forge.

If you are a bank or investment firm, the ambassador track lets you sponsor students and reach them while they build. If you are an ambitious student or professional, the fellow track lets you give back, lead, and grow in the open. Every 'Become an ambassador' button on AlphaForge points here.

The shift behind both: up to about 73 percent of junior-analyst hours on foundational tasks can now be automated, and the job is moving from doing to supervising, with banks already evaluating candidates on AI proficiency. Ambassadors get that signal early; fellows are the people building the work that produces it.

/Ambassadors invest early.

Reach the next generation of finance talent earlier than traditional recruiting allows, and on demonstrated work.

/Curated access to vetted talent.

Students assessed on real artifacts, full LBOs, comps sets, agent workflows, not a polished CV.

/Fellows build leadership by giving back.

Mentor students, contribute to the curriculum, or lead a chapter, and embody the Multiplier value.

/Both compound the community.

Firms that back students and fellows who lead them are the two halves of the same forge.

Proof and credibility

The case for both tracks rests on the same shift, cited plainly. Firms screen implicitly for AI-compatible analytical behavior through case interviews and modeling tests, and sponsored challenges are a low-cost, high-signal way to surface it. Recruiting timelines run 12 to 18 months ahead with sub-1 percent acceptance, so engaging strong builders early, on evidence, is the edge. We never fabricate firm names or outcomes.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

What does an ambassador get?

Curated access to vetted, AI-fluent students, the ability to post intern and graduate roles, and sponsored challenges that double as a skills assessment and an AI-forward employer-brand signal.

What does it cost?

An ambassador sponsors 10 students for 250 EUR a month (membership for 5 Pro students); Arena sponsorship is 900 EUR per firm for 20 students. Sponsorship is what keeps the student tier free.

What is a fellow, and is it paid?

A fellow is an ambitious student or professional who mentors, contributes, or leads a chapter to build leadership and give back. It is a leadership and contribution role rather than a paid position.

Are campus chapters official university programs?

No. Campus chapters are student-led and community-organized, and are explicitly not affiliated with or endorsed by any university.
