Why it matters

Finance was never only about money.

A contract is a piece of trust before it is a number, a relationship before it is a settlement date. As AI absorbs the mechanical grind, the skills that rise in value are precisely the relational and interpretive ones: client communication, narrative, and judgment. You cannot build those alone in front of a screen.

Preparation is lonely and the path is unclear, and that is where most people quietly stall. A pod surrounds you with people building the same thing. A mentor who has sat in the seat tells you the truth about your work. The Guild is built to be a place where people act as multipliers for each other.

/Accountability that ships work.

Study pods match you with a cohort building the same thing, and you show up because they do.

/Mentors who have sat in the seat.

Get matched with analysts, associates, and VPs who will review your model and tell you the truth, not just cheer you on.

/Care, not clout.

A place to be a multiplier for each other. We support each other and grow together, because a community, like a contract, runs on trust.

/A path to roles.

The curated Job Board and referral paths turn community into opportunity: real roles from firms that know the talent here.

How it works

Profile, Pod, Mentor Match, Calendar, Referral.

The whole system is designed around real connection rather than performance. Mentoring here is treated as a fiduciary act: a mentor commits a slot, shows up, and gives you an honest read, because the relationship is the point.

Campus Chapters

Builders who share a campus, in Maastricht, Rotterdam, Tilburg, and beyond. Student-led and peer-organized, not university-run. AlphaForge has no university affiliation or endorsement.

A painting of thinkers in conversation

Mentor Network

Analysts, associates, and VPs who offer structured, scheduled time rather than a hopeful DM into the void.

A network of connected nodes

Study Pods & Office Hours

Cohort matchmaking by track and pace, plus a weekly live Q&A where you can bring a stuck model or a half-formed question.

A confident analyst in the financial district

Job Board

Curated real roles and referral paths, turning the relationships you build into genuine opportunity. Part of the Arena and partnership tiers.

Proof and credibility

The skills that gain value as AI takes over grunt work are relational and interpretive, and a community is where those are practised rather than watched. We are deliberately built against the pseudo-learning trap: pods and mentors document real progress and surface weak spots early, so support translates into demonstrable skill rather than a comfortable illusion of momentum.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Are the campus chapters official university clubs?

No. They are student-led and community-organized. AlphaForge has no university affiliation or endorsement; a chapter simply groups builders who share a campus.

Is the community free?

Yes for students. Your profile, study pods, office hours, and the job board are all part of the free tier. Professionals fund the platform so students do not have to.

Will mentors actually show up?

Yes, because mentor time is structured and scheduled rather than DM-and-hope. You book a slot and they commit to it, which makes the relationship a fiduciary one.

I am shy or not well-connected, does that matter?

No. Matching is by track and goal, not by who you already know. Removing the networking barrier is precisely the point.
